My Story

I am Cheng. A series of causes and effects have guided me to the path of becoming a professional coach. Looking back over the past 20 years, I see how each of my experiences - from pursuing higher education abroad to spending a decade in the corporate world - has led me to this moment, where being a coach makes perfect sense.
